Hotel Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and client relationships
Sell corporate, group, government, sports, and extended-stay business
Manage the sales process from lead generation through contract execution
Build client relationships and conduct property tours
Partner with revenue management and operations to maximize revenue
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and account production

Hotel Sales Manager Requirements:

Hotel sales experience with proven business development success
Experience selling corporate, group, or extended-stay business preferred
Hilton experience strongly preferred
Strong prospecting, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM systems and hotel sales platforms preferred
