Finance Systems Functional Administrator

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Finance Systems Functional Administrator to support our Finance organization to implement, analyze system requirements, enhance user experience and maintain day-to-day administration. You will serve as liaison for Finance to collaborate with IT to provide solutions to ensure high levels of Finance systems performance. Let’s talk job responsibilities User Support, troubleshoot and resolve user issues and questions related to Finance systems. Liaise with users to track requirements and features. Setup and manage Users Roles in compliance with SOX. Manage user training and user documentation ensuring up-to-date reflection of current systems. Collaboration with IT and developers to complete system enhancement project. Manage integrations and data quality processes (validations, mappings, transformations, confirmations) and troubleshoot post integration issues from source systems to Netsuite. Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures. Support audit requests. Other ad hoc reporting/system administration as needed. Be able to create moderate to advance queries. Your experience and skills Bachelor’s degree in accounting or computer Information System or related field. 2-4 years of Analyst or Administrator experience in financial applications, systems configuration, and/or implementation duties. Prior experience with financial systems (Oracle ERP, EPM, NetSuite, Coupa, OneStream, Concur, Blackline) or similar systems. Proficient with saved searches, formulas, reporting, creating dashboards, creating custom forms and creating workflows, and advanced in Excel. Excellent communicator in both written and verbal and can communicate effectively with all levels of the business. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
