Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, 36 or 48 hours per week (facility approval required), rotating weekends, no on-call required

Highlights:

• 13-week contract assignment in a high-volume Emergency Department with 48 private rooms, fast track, and behavioral health units
• Patient ratios: 1:4 ED general, 1:5 behavioral health, 1:3 cardiac/trauma
• Utilize MEDITECH EMR system with modern equipment including Alaris pumps, Belmont and Level 1 rapid infusers, and Stryker stretchers
• Diverse case mix including trauma, cardiac, behavioral health de-escalation, splinting, EKGs, central lines, airway support, and resuscitation
• Collaborative team environment with 111+ staff members and active unit-based council and social committee
• Rotating weekend schedule with multiple shift start times for flexibility

Requirements:

• Active Texas RN license or compact state license
• Current BLS, ACLS, ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
• CPI certification preferred
• MEDITECH EMR experience strongly preferred
• Trauma and inpatient holding experience preferred
• Emergency Department experience required
