Survey Party Chief

We’re seeking an experienced Survey Party Chief to lead field crews supporting a variety of land surveying projects throughout the Maryland area. Responsibilities: Lead boundary, topographic, construction stakeout, and ALTA/NSPS surveys Operate GPS/GNSS, robotic total stations, data collectors, and related survey equipment Perform survey calculations and maintain accurate field notes/data Read and interpret plans, plats, maps, and legal descriptions Supervise and train field crew members Coordinate project progress and field conditions with office staff Qualifications: 3+ years of land surveying field experience 1+ year leading or supervising survey crews Strong experience with modern survey equipment Valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Compensation: $25–$42/hour, based on experience.
