Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/12/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Requirements 3 years OR experience Level I Trauma OR experience required General OR Trauma experience required Previous travel experience required, No first-time travelers BLS required; CNOR preferred IL RN license No local OR RNs – must live 50 miles away Required OR Experience General: Appendectomy, cholecystectomy, colon resection, hernia repair, laparoscopic cases, mastectomy, thyroidectomy, Whipple Neuro/Spine: Cervical fusion, craniotomy, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion Ortho: Arthroscopy, carpal tunnel, closed/open fracture reductions Trauma: Amputations, gunshot/stab wounds, multi-injury MVAs Other: Cystoscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, free-flap/microvascular, organ donation Experience with blood products, malignant hyperthermia, infection/radiation safety, specimen handling, Hana tables and universal/time-out procedures Covers all service lines except CV .
