Associate Attorney

We are a long standing, growing, and client-focused law firm in Rochester, Minnesota, seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. We are open to candidates interested in estate planning, real estate, litigation, or a combination of these practice areas. Whether you are a recent law school graduate, a newly licensed attorney, or have several years of experience, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn, committed to providing exceptional client service, and excited to grow within a collaborative practice. We believe in building lasting client relationships. What You'll Do Meeting directly with clients and providing practical legal guidance Drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents Assisting clients with probate and trust administration Representing buyers, sellers, lenders, and businesses in real estate transactions Drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, deeds, leases, and related documents Handling civil litigation matters from initial filing through resolution Conducting legal research and preparing pleadings, motions, and briefs Appearing at court hearings, mediations, and depositions Working closely with experienced attorneys who are committed to mentoring and professional development What We're Looking For J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or eligible for admission Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple matters while providing outstanding client service A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn Experience in estate planning, real estate, or litigation is welcomed but not required What You Can Expect We believe that great attorneys are developed through meaningful experience and strong mentorship.
