Personal Lines CSR/Account Manager

Our client is seeking an outgoing, customer-focused Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their established, community-oriented agency. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, processing transactions, and building lasting relationships. This is an onsite position in a fun, supportive office where professionalism is balanced with humor and camaraderie.

- Process customer policy changes and premium payments promptly and accurately
- Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction, answer questions, and offer additional coverage options
- Present and explain policy options based on each client's needs
- Share information on new products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships to foster client retention and loyalty
- Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism and tact
- Active Personal Lines P&C license
- At least 2 years of experience in an agency setting
- Positive, enthusiastic, and personable demeanor
- Strong multitasking and follow-through abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service expertise and relationship-building skills
- Goal-driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience -- range $50,000 to $70,000
