Regional Vice President of Sales, Central Region (IC-Enterprise)

As an Enterprise Sales Executive (RVP, Sales) in our Texas Region, you will identify, establish, and nurture business sales relationships with property management companies. The role is remote, with local and regional travel, participation in apartment associations, periodic visits to Utah headquarters, and attendance at national trade shows and events. Responsibilities Identifying prospective customers, generating leads, and converting them into clients. Contacting new and existing customers to discuss their needs. Emphasizing product features to showcase how they address customer challenges. Answering customer inquiries about our products. Negotiating prices and terms and preparing sales agreements. Collaborating with colleagues across various sectors. Maintaining contact lists and nurturing customer relationships through follow‑ups. Qualifications Experience in the multifamily housing industry (a plus). 3–5 years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.). A bachelor’s degree. A genuine passion for sales, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to close deals. An understanding of how to cultivate client relationships. Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline. Social intelligence and the capacity to build lasting, high‑quality relationships with clients and colleagues. Proven sales results and a track record of success. The ability to work independently. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience selling CRM software. Knowledge of property management software. Experience working with a remote team. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Existing relationships within the property management industry. Familiarity with the latest trends in property management technology. Multilingual proficiency to cater to diverse clients. $105,000 – $135,000 a year (base salary), plus commission.
