Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule and caseload effectively. Therapists can expect to have a caseload between 10-30 billable hours per week, enabling them to optimize client engagement while having the freedom to design their therapeutic practice. All client services occur via telehealth, with opportunities for virtual and in-person group consultations. This setup allows clinicians to collaborate efficiently with peers while receiving support from administrative staff handling administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations utilizing the latest DSM to assess client mental health and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver short-term psychotherapy and counseling services for individuals, couples, families, and groups, specifically targeting mental health disorders and dual-diagnosis challenges.

• Engage proactively in crisis interventions as needed, ensuring clients have immediate access to support and resources.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic interventions to foster lasting improvement in client functionalities.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment goals based on client progress and feedback, ensuring responsiveness to evolving needs.

• Participate in clinical team meetings and quality management activities to discuss complex cases and enhance overall service quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Conscious Core Counseling Center, you will primarily work with diverse individuals and groups facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance use, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license to practice in the state of Texas.

• Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience delivering psychotherapy services in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in family systems theory and therapeutic strategies.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) to manage client information and sessions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
