This full-time role spans from ASAP through June 18, 2027, with 6.5-hour days and a weekly commitment of 32.5 hours. Desired Qualifications:

• Active California CTC teaching credential in Mild/Moderate special education
• Prior experience working in RSP (Resource Specialist Program) or similar settings preferred
• Strong ability to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners and cultivating an inclusive classroom

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to meet the unique needs outlined in each student’s IEP
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to coordinate services and ensure student success
• Collect and analyze data to support student progress and drive instruction
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Foster a safe, positive, and productive classroom environment
