Key Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in daily, weekly, and monthly duties
Oversee restaurant operations, including product production and inventory
Ensure exceptional customer service and employee relations
Manage personnel, marketing, and financial performance
Maintain operational guidelines set by Little Caesars Corporate

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of management experience in a QSR restaurant
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume situations
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work in various temperature ranges
