Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to contribute to an enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation focused on programmatic development. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and DevOps practices using Copado. This role involves designing scalable solutions, collaborating with agile teams, and supporting release management and automation efforts. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, flows, triggers, and APIs. Collaborate with scrum team members to ensure technical integrity and alignment with business requirements. Follow and promote Salesforce development patterns and platform best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members. Contribute to DevOps processes and release management using Copado. Execute testing in coordination with QA leads for personal and team development efforts. Actively participate in agile scrum ceremonies and embrace agile principles. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Promote innovation, continuous learning, and process improvement. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce development. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, flows, triggers, and complex formulas. Experience with Salesforce security, approvals, and integration via APIs. Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, especially Copado. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in agile environments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Jira and Confluence. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong customer service orientation and team player mindset.
