Pipefitter Job in Blytheville, AR
Skillforce is hiring experienced Pipefitters for an industrial maintenance project in Blytheville, AR. This position is 40-50 hrs. a week and pay is up to $35 per hour based on skill set and experience. This job offers $75/day per diem. Pipefitter Responsibilities
- Perform fitting on stainless and carbon steel pipe (½"–12" diameter).
- Fit, align, and fully fabricate piping systems using blueprints, layout direction, and precise measurement tools.
- Support installation and repair projects, including corrosion-resistant and thermoplastic/FRP systems as needed.
- Work collaboratively on general contracting and routine industrial maintenance tasks.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and uphold company safety standards.
Pipe Welder/Fitter Requirements
- 3+ years of industrial pipe fitting experience (chemical or manufacturing environment preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and isometric drawings.
- Must be comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in outdoor/industrial environments.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
