Maintenance Mechanic I

Description The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for handling the electrical and mechanical projects for our facilities including equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance.This position runs Monday - Friday, with the following shifts: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AMKEY RESPONSIBILITIESTroubleshoots and repairs various manufacturing equipment.Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.Uses power and hand tools to perform repair and maintenance work.Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, and manufacturer's instructions.Install, set up, and tune new injection molding machines or similar plastic molding systems.
