Construction Manager vacancy in Us Norway Junior Construction Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Construction Manager. This is a full-time position located in the United States, with a competitive salary of $900 per month. Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Construction Manager in overseeing all phases of construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure adherence to budget and timeline
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Oversee quality control measures and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Develop project schedules and track progress against milestones
- Collaborate with design team to ensure design intent is met during construction phase
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in construction management, preferably in commercial or residential construction
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
