We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager based in the greater Oklahoma City metropolitan area to scale our regional market presence, and mentor top-tier talent to achieve record-breaking results. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the bank's overall sales strategy to drive sustainable growth across all lines of business. This role will foster a strong sales culture, establish performance standards, and implement processes and tools to measure and improve results. The Sales Manager works closely with executive leadership in lending, retail banking, treasury management and trust services to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.
Sales Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive, bank-wide sales strategy aligned with the organization's strategic goals
Identify growth opportunities across all business lines, including commercial, consumer, treasury management, and trust services
Lead initiatives to increase customer acquisition, retention, and wallet share
Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on sales performance and market opportunities
Take responsibility for implementation, execution, and achievement of sales team goals. Sets a leadership example by taking ownership and exceeding personal goals
Sales Culture Development

Build and promote a high-performance, relationship-driven sales culture throughout the bank
Establish clear expectations, accountability, and consistent sales behaviors across teams
Provide coaching and guidance to managers and frontline staff to strengthen sales effectiveness
Champion a customer-centric approach that aligns sales efforts and our bank's culture
Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets
Performance Management & Incentives

Design and implement sales performance metrics and reporting frameworks
Develop and manage incentive compensation programs that align with strategic objectives and regulatory guidelines
Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring transparency and accountability
Partner with HR and executive leadership on performance and compensation strategies
Establish standardized reporting processes to track sales activity, pipeline, and results
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Deliver regular performance reports and dashboards to executive leadership
Partner with the Chief Lending Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Head of Trust Services and Treasury Management to ensure coordinated sales efforts
Facilitate communication and alignment across business lines to maximize customer relationships
Support product development and positioning based on market feedback and customer needs
Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal bank policies
CRM Management

Oversee the implementation, optimization, and ongoing use of the bank's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Leverage CRM data to manage pipelines, track customer interactions, and enhance relationship management
Provide training and support to staff to maximize CRM effectiveness
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience
Proven track record of building high-performing teams that consistently surpass revenue targets
Experience designing incentive compensation programs and performance metrics
Strong understanding of financial regulations and multiple banking lines of business (lending, retail, treasury management, trust)
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Will have regular local travel for meetings, training opportunities and bank events
