Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,807–$1,922 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts per week Start date: 07/06/2026 Local rate eligibility within a 75-mile radius Responsibilities Act as the scrub tech for operating room procedures, preparing and handling instruments, supplies, and equipment; maintain a sterile field and anticipate the needs of the surgeon Work under the supervision of a registered nurse and collaborate with the multidisciplinary surgical team to support quality patient care during procedures Scrub for orthopedic and vascular cases as needed, including participation in after-hours on-call coverage for urgent or emergent surgeries Assist with instrument counts, instrument setup and breakdown, tissue handling, and ensuring availability of necessary supplies and equipment throughout the procedure Communicate clearly with the surgical team, assist with positioning and draping as appropriate, and support safe patient care from prep to close Requirements Certification: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required Experience: Minimum 1 year of OR experience; orthopedics required; vascular experience strongly preferred Education: Completion of an accredited surgical technology program Ability to work in an operating room environment and participate in an on-call schedule as needed Location readiness: Must be able to work in Saranac Lake, NY Benefits Dedicated recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment 24/7 access to assignment support and guidance Competitive weekly pay based on experience Local rate eligibility for candidates within a 75-mile radius 13-week contract with guaranteed hours and dedicated onboarding support #J-18808-Ljbffr
