CFO

Opportunity to join a high-growth startup in Alameda, CA as a CFO. This position is 100% onsite with partial travel for 3-6 months in the first year. $250,000 - $300,000 base plus bonus and benefits

Qualified Candidates will have the following:

• Degree in Accounting, CPA a plus, with 10-15+ years of experience minimum
• Must have track record in raising capital in both private and public sectors
• Understanding of the process of a Direct Listing on a public exchange helpful
• Should also be able to close books, oversee financial operations
• Advanced Excel, Powerpoint, excellent communication skills
• 100% onsite in Alameda, CA, travel will be required, $250,000 - $300,000 plus bonus
