This is a rare opportunity to make an impact on a new operating platform and grow together as it scales.The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations, financial administration, tenant relations, and vendor coordination across assigned assets. This role is designed for a highly organized, service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to grow into a leadership role within commercial real estate operations. The Assistant Property Manager combines operational discipline, strong financial and administrative execution, a hospitality-focused approach to tenant interaction, and comfort leveraging technology to drive results. Duties include:Tenant Experience & ServiceSupport tenant communications and day-to-day relationship managementEnsure all tenant requests are handled promptly, professionally, and with full follow-throughAssist with tenant onboarding, move-ins, move-outs, and coordination activitiesSupport tenant engagement initiatives and on-site eventsFinancial AdministrationAssist with budget tracking and financial reportingProcess invoices, coding, and approvals in accordance with established proceduresSupport CAM reconciliations and accounts receivable follow-upMonitor vendor billing and ensure compliance with contract termsMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial recordsProperty OperationsCoordinate service vendors and track completion of maintenance itemsSupport management of work orders, preventative maintenance programs, and life safety documentationEnsure vendor compliance, including COIs and contractual requirementsConduct regular property inspections and identify operational issuesTechnology and ReportingUtilize Asana Partners technology platforms (e.g., Yardi Voyager, tenant communication tools, work order systems)Maintain accurate operational and financial data across systemsAssist in preparing monthly reporting packages and performance summariesHelp ensure transparency and consistency in reportingTeam and CultureSupport Asana Partners operational standards and hospitality-driven cultureCollaborate closely with Property Managers, Engineers, and vendor partnersContribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, responsiveness, and intellectual curiosity that emphasizes hospitality and challenges conventional thinking.Requirements2–5 years of commercial property management experience preferredExposure to retail, mixed-use, or office environments preferredHospitality background or experience strongly valuedSkills & AttributesStrong customer service and communication skillsHighly organized with acute attention to detailAbility to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneouslyDemonstrated follow-through and sense of ownershipComfortable working with systems, data, and technology platformsCollaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approachPassion for quality and excellenceAbility to collaborate with people across multiple disciplines and marketsStrong organizational and process skills to navigate multiple competing priorities and teamsStrong work ethic, self-motivated, and capable of effective independent judgmentPreferredExperience with Yardi or similar property management platformsExposure to hospitality-focused or high-touch environmentsStrong interest in growing into a Property Manager role
