SAP SD Analyst

Title: SAP SD Analyst
Location: Portland, OR


SD Functional BSA :-

• Min. 7+ years of knowledge and experience of SAP Order-2-Cash business process.
• Must have worked on Implementation and Support engagements as SAP SD Functional BSA
• Experienced in Sales process configurations, customizations in ECC environment.
• Extensive functional and associated technical knowledge of objects & transactions related to Sales Order, Delivery, Shipment, Billings process
• Experienced in Business Requirements, workshop sessions to gather requirement scope and estimation
• Experience in Functional designing, Test Scenario document preparation
• Experience in Integration Testing and coordination with Business for UAT
• Good Knowledge of SD integration with MM & Warehouse Management
• Incident and Service Request resolution in SD domain
• Issue Analysis, Simulation of scenarios, and resolution of Production defects with permanent solutioning mind-set
• Batch job monitoring, failure analysis, Interface analysis.
• Good Team collaboration and Customer handling skills
• Good communication and Email writing skills
• Must scale up to challenging situations and handle escalations
• Proactive monitoring of potential problems and prevention.
