The ideal candidate will be responsible for the physical setup and teardown of injection molding equipment, ensuring that our production lines run efficiently and meet our high-quality standards. This is a critical role in our manufacturing process, requiring technical knowledge of mold mechanics and material science./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliEquipment Setup: Perform the assembly and disassembly of equipment for die and mold changes./liliTechnical Setup: Execute basic equipment configurations, including managing thread sizes and metric specifications./liliTroubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues during the die/mold changing process to minimize downtime./liliMaterial Management: Maintain a deep understanding of product material melting points and execute proper purging methods and temperatures./liliMaintenance: Ensure production equipment is handled safely and maintained according to company standards./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliExperience: Proven experience in plastics manufacturing is required (Injection molding preferred; blow molding experience considered)./liliTechnical Skills: Strong knowledge of troubleshooting the die/mold changing process./liliPrecision: Competency in basic equipment setup, including thread sizes and metric measurements./liliReliability: Ability to work the afternoon shift consistently and available for overtime on Saturdays when needed./li/ulpBenefits:/pulliCompetitive hourly wage ($18.00 - $21.00/hr)/liliComprehensive benefits package (Health, Dental, Vision)/liliStable, full-time employment with a reputable industry leader/liliOpportunities for technical skill advancement/li/ulpCandidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
