Process Engineer

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a dedication to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Process Engineer

Location: Fair Lawn, NJ

Pay Range: $34.00 per hour

• Exhibit a commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement by ensuring defect-free workmanship and assisting others to meet customer needs.
• Search for efficient and effective ways to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Actively contribute to team efforts by performing according to the guidelines outlined in the Code of Business Conduct, GMP, Lean principles, and other directives.
• Support higher-level management decisions and perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with quality systems, GMP, and SOPs to ensure consistent product quality.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent minimally required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing process environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of change control practices/strategies, GMP, SOPs, and quality systems.
