Idol Roc is an entrepreneurial, culture-driven company with more than 20 years of experience building businesses, experiences, and brands across entertainment, music, marketing, and consumer products.

Our portfolio spans several fast-moving businesses and ventures:

• Live Music & Events: We own and operate live music tours, festivals, and experiential properties.

• Cultural Marketing Agency: We develop and execute programs for of-the-moment brands including Monster Energy, Webull, SipMARGS, Poshmark, and more.

• Consumer Products: We own an early-stage, national wellness beverage company with premium distribution and sales partners.

• Entertainment Development: We are currently producing an unscripted television series.

We operate with an entrepreneurial mindset: ideas move quickly, people wear multiple hats, and there is constant exposure to new businesses, partnerships, and opportunities - that said, we have several flagship properties that have been in operational existence with success for over a decade, and we are grounded in systems, accountability, and routines for best practices. 

The Role:

We're looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and ambitious Founder's Associate / Executive Assistant to work closely with Idol Roc's founder, in addition to another executive, across a wide range of businesses and projects. This is not a traditional personal assistant position . The majority of the role will be focused on business-related projects, coordination, research, communication, and execution support, with a smaller portion dedicated to personal administrative support.

You'll gain hands-on exposure to entrepreneurship, entertainment, marketing, live events, consumer brands, and TV show development.

What You'll do:

• Help manage priorities and keep projects moving forward
• Coordinate across Idol Roc's agency, live entertainment, consumer product, and media ventures
• Assist with research, presentations, proposals, business development, and special projects
• Help manage communication and follow-ups with clients, partners, vendors, talent, and internal teams
• Track project timelines, deliverables, meetings, and next steps
• Prepare materials and information ahead of meetings and calls
• Help identify opportunities, solve problems, and execute new ideas
• Provide calendar, scheduling, travel, and general administrative support as needed
• Handle a limited amount of personal assistant responsibilities

The position is primarily remote, with up to a few days per week working at the founder's residence. The schedule is grounded in a traditional Monday - Friday work week, however based on our events and projects, evenings and weekends will be required occasionally. xhyhwjd

Compensation:

$50,000 annual salary, with opportunity for growth
