This role is based in Edinburg, TX with training at our main hospital in Corpus Christi, TX.As part of the Driscoll family, you will provide life-changing care to children by diagnosing and treating hearing disorders. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, work in both outpatient and inpatient settings, and play a vital role in supporting the auditory health of South Texas' youngest residents.Essential ResponsibilitiesPerform behavioral evaluations, including VRA, play, and conventional audiometry.Administer ABRs in inpatient and outpatient settings (Natural Sleep, Sedation, Anesthesia)Dispense and manage amplification devices including hearing aids, bone conduction hearing devices, and cochlear implants.Support ENT clinic and other specialty clinicsProvide education to families and other professionalsMaintain detailed clinical documentation and comply with the newborn hearing screening program requirements.Actively participate in team meetings, process improvement initiatives, and community outreach.QualificationsMaster's degree or doctoral degree (Au.D. or Ph.D.) in Audiology.Current Texas Licensure as an Audiologist.Pediatric experience, Cochlear implant experience and ENT clinic exposure, is highly preferred.CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).Strong flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic environment.Compensation & BenefitsWe offer competitive salaries with sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
