Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.Role Responsibilities:Consolidate components for work orders and make appropriate inventory transactionsCount parts daily to ensure inventory accuracyEnter part quantities in OracleCount parts manuallyGather relevant blueprints; build sheets and necessary parts and hardware for assemblyUse mechanical ability, work instructions and hand tools to assemble products and package accordinglyResolve routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to a higher level for resolutionKnowledge of and ability to process paperwork such as work orders, picklists, etc.Ability to read, understand and utilize work orders.Alert Team Leader of pending or imminent problemsAbility to operate an RF Scanner to make appropriate inventory move transactionsMaintain excellent housekeeping within the department to ensure safety and efficiencyMust be a self-starter with ability to work independentlyMaterial Handling and Transportation of ProductWork Safely and comply with all Health and Safety policies and proceduresUse all designated Personal Protective Equipment as requiredMust be able to work scheduled overtime hoursProvide coverage for other members of the shipping and receiving departmentAssist other departments as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Work and operate forklift safelyFor internal positions, no written warnings (within 12 months)Must be DCI licensed to operate a forklift and able to demonstrate proficiently in the operation of department equipment for which applying.Ability to use computer, proficiency in Oracle, PDM, MS-Office, MSDS Online, web based apps, etc.RF Reader experience preferredPerform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced work environmentPreferred Qualifications:Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employeesAbility to work in a team environment toward a common goalReacts to change productively and to handle other tasks as assignedMaintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendanceMust be able to cover both Receiving and Shipping positions and will require ability to occasionally cover shipping hours of 8AM – 5PMEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
