Empty dispatched miles are paid at the driver's approved base rate. Percentage-plan introductory rates apply only to the first $100,000 in cumulative eligible gross linehaul revenue generated by qualifying completed loads.Eligible gross linehaul revenue excludes fuel surcharge, detention, layover, truck-ordered-not-used payments, reimbursements, pass-through charges and other accessorial amounts unless expressly included in the written compensation agreement.
