As a float unit, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and effective discharge planning for patients. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Coordinate patient care with various healthcare providers. Facilitate complex discharge planning and resource management. Utilize EMR systems (Meditech, Midas) for documentation and patient data management. Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license in the state of Florida.
