Material Handler

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Material Receiver Handler positions in Portland, TN. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Warehouse Associate, while learning new ones to assist you in your career.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, stage, and deliver raw materials and WIP to production areas using tugger routes and Kanban systems.
• Collect excess, unused, and finished materials from workstations and return them to designated locations.
• Maintain accurate material organization and ensure inventory is stored in assigned locations.
• Perform cycle counts, monitor key inventory levels, and report potential stock shortages.
• Support shipping, receiving, loading/unloading trucks, material scanning, and trailer operations.
• Maintain warehouse and plant cleanliness by removing waste and keeping work areas organized.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Minimum 1 year related work experience
• Must have adequate interpersonal & communication skills (oral & written)

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
