Staff Accountant

This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to an exceptional hiring manager (CPA, great leadership style, very well-liked). The team is big on development, and this position is built for someone who wants to grow — the path to Senior Accountant and then Assistant Controller is very real and has already been done internally. :Strong preference for someone coming out of public accounting (especially smaller firms )Full-time in office for the first 6 months, then drops to a hybrid schedul eCollaborative, high-growth environment with leadership that actually invests in peopl ePrepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support the month-end close process to maintain accurate general-ledger balances and financial records .Assist with financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, cash-flow reports, budget-to-actual analysis, audit support, and compliance documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr
