• Perform basic patient assessments by observing symptoms and recording relevant information accurately.
• Support the administration of therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, or rehabilitative exercises under supervision.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment to uphold safety standards.
• Foster a positive environment that emphasizes patient service, comfort, and trust throughout their healing journey.

Requirements

• Prior experience in patient service or healthcare support roles is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to assist effectively during assessments and treatments.
• Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to chiropractic care and therapy procedures.
• Ability to perform thorough patient intake procedures with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills for clear explanation of treatments and compassionate patient interaction.
