Clinical Project Manager

Becton Dickinson seeks a Clinical Project Manager to oversee moderate to high-complexity clinical studies from protocol development through closeout. The role requires managing study documentation, CRA teams, external vendors, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and author clinical research protocols aligned with study objectives and regulatory requirements
• Manage trial master files, essential documents, and support study approvals through closeout and reporting
• Train and oversee CRA teams for quality monitoring; manage external vendors including CROs and laboratories
• Lead budget and timeline development, coordinate site selection and training, ensure efficient execution
• Collaborate with data management and biostatistics teams on case report forms and study analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; life sciences or clinical trials background preferred
• Minimum 3 years of recent clinical study management experience in pharmaceutical, device, or CRO settings
• Formal project management skills and experience with planning and tracking systems
• Vendor management experience required
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and ICH requirements
• Proficiency with MS Project highly preferred
• Professional certification from ACRP, SOCRA, RAPS, or relevant healthcare licensure preferred
