Shift Manager-Archways Division – McDonald's Job Description This position is located in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s logos and food products and is the sole employer responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment decisions for this restaurant. Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older and possess a flexible schedule, positive team-player attitude, and the passion to thrive in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
