About the Opportunity We are partnering with a rapidly growing investment platform seeking a Senior Associate to join its expanding real estate investment team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside senior leadership on the evaluation, execution, and management of real estate investments while helping build a rapidly growing platform from the ground up. The role offers broad exposure across acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, portfolio strategy, and investment committee decision-making. The ideal candidate will come from investment banking, private equity, real estate private equity, or institutional investment management and possess strong financial modeling, underwriting, and transaction execution experience. What You'll Be Doing Evaluate and underwrite real estate investment opportunities across multiple asset classes and strategies Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for acquisitions, developments, recapitalizations, and joint ventures Analyze transaction structures, capital stacks, financing alternatives, and investment returns Review and validate underwriting assumptions, market research, and due diligence findings Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership and investment committees Support transaction execution from initial evaluation through closing Review and assist in negotiating joint venture agreements, operating agreements, purchase agreements, and other transaction documents Coordinate with legal counsel, lenders, consultants, operating partners, and third-party advisors throughout the investment process Monitor portfolio performance and support strategic asset-level and portfolio-level initiatives Identify market trends, investment opportunities, and strategic growth initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, Business, or a related field 3–7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate private equity, institutional real estate investing, or capital markets Exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities Experience underwriting and evaluating complex transactions Strong understanding of real estate investment fundamentals and capital structures Experience preparing investment committee materials and executive presentations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity Preferred Experience Acquisitions Capital Markets Institutional Asset Management Joint Venture Structuring Development and Value-Add Investments Waterfall Modeling and Partnership Structures Why Join Direct exposure to senior investment leadership and decision-makers Opportunity to play a meaningful role in building a growing real estate investment platform Significant responsibility and visibility from day one Exposure to acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, portfolio management, and investment strategy Entrepreneurial culture with substantial long-term growth potential Clear path for advancement as the platform continues to expand Competitive compensation and performance-based bonus opportunity #J-18808-Ljbffr Bullpen
