Quick Facts: Location: Paducah, KY (1530 Lone Oak Road) Start Date: 07/23/2026 Duration: Ongoing, 7-10 days per month Shift: 24-hour in-house call Hours/Week: Variable, based on call schedule Employment Type: Locum (W-2) Certifications: Emergency Medicine and Urology skills required; Laser Certification preferred Experience: General Urology, advanced endoscopic techniques, ESWL, Ureteroscopy Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $0.00 (pay package discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive pay packages, weekly direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, referral bonuses, licensure and travel reimbursements, paid sick leave, dedicated team support What You ll Do: Provide inpatient urology coverage including procedures such as ESWL, ureteroscopy, and laser treatments Respond to on-call emergencies within hospital setting Support adult patient care with 6 12 patients daily, including managing outpatient procedures when applicable Collaborate with onsite APRNs providing clinic support Document patient encounters accurately using EPIC EMR system Participate in hospital-based inpatient care and emergency responses What You Need: Required: Valid medical license in Kentucky or eligible for licensure Experience in general urology and advanced endoscopic procedures Certification in laser use and other urology-specific skills Preferred: Prior inpatient/urology call experience Ability to perform specialized procedures like ESWL and ureteroscopy About the Assignment: This locum opportunity at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah offers ongoing inpatient urology coverage, ideal for physicians seeking a flexible schedule with a reputable healthcare provider.
