Job Opportunity – Urology Physician – Kentucky

Location: Paducah, Kentucky

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 7-10 days of coverage per month, 24-hour in-house call shifts; weekends and holidays included

Highlights:

• Primarily inpatient call coverage with potential for outpatient procedures
• Average patient volume of 6-12 patients per day during call shifts
• EPIC electronic medical records system in use
• Two onsite ambulatory APRNs provide dedicated clinic support
• ESWL available on Tuesdays; advanced endoscopic techniques and ureteroscopy performed
• Travel reimbursements include airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage at IRS rate

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (truly board eligible candidates accepted)
• Active Kentucky state medical license or IMLC
• Current DEA registration
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• Proficiency in general urology procedures, ureteroscopy, and advanced endoscopic techniques
• Laser certification required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days; temporary privileges available
