Document Control Specialist

$27 - $30 per hour

Document Control Specialist (Temporary) Location: Fort Dodge, IA. Duration: 6 months to start. Shift: 1st Shift, flexible start time (6AM‑8AM). Kelly is seeking a detail‑oriented Document Control Specialist to support our partner at their Fort Dodge, IA facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and controlling documentation to ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage, review, and maintain controlled documents and records. Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards. Process document revisions, approvals, and distribution. Track document status and maintain document control databases and filing systems. Support audits and inspections by providing required documentation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely document updates and approvals. Identify opportunities to improve document management processes. Qualifications Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in document control, records management, administrative support, or a related field preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience in a regulated environment (manufacturing, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similar) is a plus. Details 6‑month assignment on W2 with Kelly Science. Target pay rate $27‑30/hour. This is an onsite position in Fort Dodge, Iowa. No travel is required.
