Client Services Associate II
$24 - $33 per hourGuardant Health, Inc.
Client Services Associate II provides customer support and operational assistance to Guardant Health's clinical laboratory, sales team, and business process outsourcing partners. The role involves mentoring junior associates, meeting elevated performance metrics, and escalating issues to leadership. Position is based in Palo Alto with hybrid work requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to external customers, internal clinical laboratory, and sales representatives
- Mentor Client Services Associates and troubleshoot BPO team inquiries
- Meet elevated KPIs and support quality assurance and training initiatives
- Escalate issues and trends to leadership; manage department-level projects as assigned
- Perform administrative duties and routine office support tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience required
- 2+ years customer-facing experience in biotech, life science, diagnostics, or healthcare
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and function in dynamic team environment
- Local residency near Palo Alto; flexibility for operational scheduling needs
- AI and digital fluency with sound judgment in tool application
Compensation: $24-$33/hour (CA primary location)
