Client Services Associate (Non-Sale)

We are an independent boutique wealth management firm dedicated to providing highly personalized service to our clients. We believe that exceptional client experiences begin with exceptional team members.

 

What You'll Do

• Build trusted relationships with clients by providing responsive, professional service.
• Assist clients with account maintenance, money movements, and service requests.
• Prepare and process account paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with custodians and internal team members to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Schedule meetings and help prepare client review materials.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance procedures.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively help resolve questions.

 

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of client services experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, or a related industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A genuine passion for helping clients and being part of a collaborative team.
• Currently active FINRA Series 7 and/or Series 63/66 licenses
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, proficiency with CRM and custodial platforms is a plus.

• Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience; $90K-$110K annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and licensing.
