responsibilities:

• Generate, maintain, and rigorously verify multi-axis CNC programs using NX-CAM and Vericut for large-format equipment (VTL, VBM, Gantry).
• Implement on-machine Renishaw probing cycles for part validation and error trapping, while supporting comprehensive tooling and fixturing requirements.
• Provide robust 2nd shift troubleshooting, assist Manufacturing Engineers, and deliver targeted training to operators during machine startups and process updates.
• Develop clear workstation instructions and ensure all programming follows strict standards and qualified machining parameters.
• Initiate and lead process improvement projects to optimize safety, quality, cost, and delivery within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
