DUTIES:

Promote resident rights and maintain a safe and comfortable environmentAssist clients with activities of daily livingProvide companionship and emotional supportAdminister medication remindersPrepare meals and assist with feeding if necessaryPerform light housekeeping tasksHelp clients with mobility and transportation needs Qualifications: Previous experience in care giving or a related field preferredKnowledge of resident rights and principles of patient careAbility to lift and transfer individuals using proper body mechanicsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenCompassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanorAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamFamiliarity with medication administration systems is a plus Requirements CA registration as home care aide- we can help you with this process if you do not have an active registration number.Cooking skills for meal preparationPrevious experience in home care is beneficial- proficiency in direst support services THANK YOU!
