Tire Technician

Job Description Job Description Job description: Sparks Commercial Tire is a family-owned business spanning multiple states that has been in business since 1985. We are looking for a candidate to change tires ranging from small hand cart tires up to and including some of the largest tires made. Starting pay would depend upon experience but we require no previous experience as we will train. Raises are based on your ability to learn, not time in job as most of our employees are at or over $80,000-$100,000/year once trained as a Full-Time Service Tech. Our requirements are: * Relatively clean driving record * Ability to earn a Class B CDL (not required to start) * We do pre-employment drug screens and random drug screens * Ability to show up on time and work overtime * Once trained, able to be "On Call" Responsibilities: * Tire Service Tech for shop and on-site service * Change tires on various machines * Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer's perspective comes first What We Offer: * Paid Vacation * 401k with Company Match * Health and Dental Insurance * Paid Training * On-Call bonus * Quarterly Bonus * Employee Discount * Paid OT after 8 hours
