Production Technician

Sazerac Company seeks a Production Technician to support high-quality spirits manufacturing in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll operate and monitor bottling, blending, and packaging equipment, perform line changeovers, and follow standard operating procedures to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals. You’ll complete routine equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance, accurately record production data, and uphold strict sanitation and GMP standards. Working collaboratively with operations and quality teams, you’ll contribute ideas for process improvement and support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
