Member Experience Specialist

Sam’s Club

Sam’s Club in Lawton, OK is seeking a customer-focused front-end associate to assist members with purchases, returns, and product information. You’ll manage the checkout area, support self-checkout technology, and help customers locate items while promoting store services. Responsibilities include maintaining safe and organized aisles, processing payments, and following company policies for refunds and exchanges.
