Metronet is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to support associates with computer systems, hardware and software. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and implement solutions both remotely and on site, while creating detailed process documentation. Responsibilities include initial contact support, imaging and setup of workstations, ongoing maintenance, and participation in mass deployments.
