Field & Event Coordinator

Plan and execute national and regional trade shows Organize and manage client education events Oversee grand openings, moves, and in-store events for US Upfitters Develop and execute virtual experiences, including webinars and online activations Oversee special client plant tour events, including collateral, signage, logistics, and promotional items Manage sponsorship engagements and partnership events Oversee corporate sourcing stores across related SBUs Ensure availability of branded giveaways, literature, apparel, and trade show rental programs Manage creation, distribution, and optimization of marketing materials Track event budgets and expenses Establish and maintain vendor relationships Monitor event success and lead conversions Support direct customer engagement at events Coordinate updates to presentations, literature, website content, and trade show signage Undertake ad hoc projects supporting company priorities and event needs Requirements 1–5 years of experience in marketing event planning Preferred experience with a multi-location, national company Bachelor's or associate's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred Strong understanding of trade shows, client education events, sponsorship engagements, and retail activations Awareness of influencers and customer demographics, including individuals in wheelchairs, to ensure inclusive event strategies Experience working with marketing data in a CRM environment; Salesforce highly desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel capabilities Ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously Frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing 10–50 pounds at events Willingness to travel on weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in planning and executing marketing events, including trade shows and client education events, while effectively managing budgets and vendor relationships. Proficient in utilizing CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite to optimize event success and customer engagement.
