- Manage and maintain accurate records of employee relations activities, including paperwork, data entry, reports, and confidential information to ensure timely responses to requests
- Act as the initial contact for employee relations inquiries, handling intake and directing issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Provides logistical assistance for employee success efforts including scheduling and accurate note taking
- Assists in answering routine questions on policies and procedures, and escalates more complex inquiries to appropriate personnel
- Provide guidance and support to student employees, helping them navigate workplace challenges
- Provide routine support for employee success initiatives
- Design and prepare educational aids and materials
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) or more years related work experience or education equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in Higher Education
- Experience in Human Resources
