Job Type: Full-Time | W-2 Employee
Compensation: $125,000–$250,000+ per year (Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses)

What You'll Do

As a Sales Manager in Training , you'll develop both your sales and leadership abilities while working directly alongside experienced sales managers.

In-Home Sales

• Meet with homeowners during company-provided appointments
• Conduct professional in-home consultations
• Present customized home improvement solutions
• Demonstrate product value, financing options, and promotional offers
• Close high-value residential sales
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up

Leadership Development

• Learn and master our proven in-home sales process
• Participate in advanced leadership and management training
• Shadow experienced Sales Managers during coaching and field development
• Begin mentoring and supporting newer sales representatives
• Learn recruiting, onboarding, and team development strategies
• Develop the skills needed to lead a high-performing sales team

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of sales experience (high-ticket, in-home, or direct-to-consumer preferred)
• Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals
• Strong leadership potential and desire to coach others
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability for evenings and weekends as appointments require
