Pay: $20.00 per hour

Gillmann Serivces is looking for a motivated Bilingual Recruiter (English & Spanish) to help us hire skilled construction workers for projects throughout Ohio and surrounding states.

What You'll Do

Recruit and hire construction workers for open positions.
Speak with applicants in both English and Spanish.
Interview candidates by phone and in person.
Post jobs and search for qualified candidates.
Stay in contact with employees and clients to ensure successful job placements.
Assist with onboarding new hires and completing hiring paperwork.

What We're Looking For

Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
Strong communication and people skills.
Comfortable making phone calls and meeting new people.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
Sales or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
