The Munich-based Hoenle Group is the leading manufacturer of UV, LED and IR curing systems. We are active in the Curing, Disinfection and Adhesives market spaces. The Americas HQ is situated in Sugar Grove, IL. We are currently seeking a FULL TIME I Hybrid I North Heartland Drive 483, Sugar Grove, IL 60554 I With Professional Experience Responsibilities This is a high-profile position and requires extensive travel (50%) in North America, with occasional travel to the Corporate HQ in Germany. Candidates involved in the offset, flexo, digital print sector as well as coatings, ink and varnish sectors are encouraged to apply. Fluency in Spanish, written and spoken, is a plus. This position leads the sales effort and executes regional marketing activities in alignment with and supported by Corporate Marketing & Communications, to identify new sales opportunities and application segments for our first-class range of UV/LED/IR curing systems. The salesperson is expected to bring product enthusiasm, technical proficiency and a professional presence to the marketplace. We only build the best, we expect our deep culture of partnership and technical know-how to be reflected in the daily contact with prospects. This is a hunter role to expand our footprint in the sheet-fed and graphic arts marketplace. We have ongoing partnerships with the key press manufacturers and we are looking to grow our continuing activities with end users. The Sheet-Fed Sales Manager will visit with prospects and establish interest level, appropriately assessing each opportunity and how Hoenle can provide a qualified solution. He or she will meet sales objectives, manage territory expectations, provide world-class customer service and prepare, as well as submit market intelligence. The Sales Manager will manage contacts, travel need and qualifying sales opportunities. Proactively develop and retain relationships with the market segment and pursue all ancillary opportunities for other product groups within the Hoenle Group. Full product training will be provided, as well as ongoing support to provide a solid foundation for long‑term success within the Hoenle Group. Requirements Degree, preferred disciplines Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Physics or Chemistry. Proven technical experience (five years plus) can be in lieu of a degree Professional presence, able to easily and quickly establish credentials and customer trust Technical and application knowledge. Easily assimilates new concepts Articulate, able to communicate on all levels in proper business English Integrity. Comfortable taking the long view Experience using Dynamics or Salesforce would be a plus. Fluency with Microsoft Office suit assumed.
