Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Evergreen, CO TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services at a school in Conifer/Evergreen, Colorado. These full- or part-time positions involves supporting students through speech and language therapy, completing evaluations, contributing to the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), monitoring student progress, and working collaboratively with teachers, families, and other related service providers. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who is passionate about helping students with diverse learning and communication needs achieve success. Position Information Full time OR Part-time 2026–2027 school year (August through May/June) Student populations may include K–5, K–8, or 9–12, depending on assignment Three openings currently available in the Evergreen/Conifer area Additional part-time and full-time opportunities are available throughout the surrounding JEFFCO School District Primary Responsibilities Deliver direct speech-language therapy services Complete evaluations and assessments Provide consultation with school staff and families Manage caseloads and oversee case management responsibilities Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration What We Offer Guaranteed paid hours, including time for documentation, planning, and administrative tasks Fully on-site, in-person position Reasonable and manageable caseload assignments Ongoing support from both the school district and the TheraPeds Partners team Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $65–$80+ per hour (approximately $2,437–$3,000+ per week, depending on hours worked) Required Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Valid Department of Education certification or licensure as an SLP, when applicable ASHA certification or eligibility for national certification State Department of Education credentialing, if required for the assignment Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Clinical Fellowship (CF-SLP) candidates may be considered for select placements Experience providing services to pediatric populations Prior school-based experience is preferred but not required Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities Comfortable using technology for documentation, communication, and service delivery Successful completion of required fingerprinting and background screening Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment in all communications Physical Demands This position requires the ability to actively participate in school environments and student activities throughout the day. Candidates should be able to perform physical tasks associated with supporting students, which may include sitting, standing, walking, bending, crawling, lifting, and moving between various educational settings, while fulfilling all district expectations and job responsibilities.
